A longtime Ocean City resident and watercolor artist, Rina primarily paints landscapes and florals in vibrant and expressive transparent watercolors. Although she has studied with both national and regional artists, Rina considers herself to be self-taught. She feels that the expression of art is a very personal process that must come from within.

Rina is a member of the Bethany Beach Watercolor Society, Worcester County Arts Council, Rehoboth Art League. She is a past president of the Art League of Ocean City.
